Our philosophy has always been; find one or two things you are good at and do them well.
We originally planted knowing we were not going to sell our grapes until the time was right to make a very special wine. 2007 was the vintage we found to be our jumping off point, an extraordinary Pinot Noir.
At our North Fork Vineyard, we take great efforts to be meticulous and sustainable farmers. The addition of our wind turbine has provided our farm with clean wind energy; enough that we can also supply clean power to the Long Island Power Association.
We see ourselves as stewards of this special place, and we are proud of our wine, an example of what this land can yield when treated with respect and care.
