We are open daily for our critically acclaimed wines and a selection of our grass-fed beef. Join us for tastings, wines by the glass and a selection of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie. We take reservations and accept walk-ins.
General Reservation
Enjoy a relaxing, 90-minute, outdoor tasting at one of our picnic tables, overlooking the Merlot vines of our Corchaug Estate Vineyard. Choose between a flight of three wines, wines by the glass, or by the bottle. Artisanal cheese and charcuterie selected to pair with the wines are also available. Maximum of 6 guests, including non-tasters.

Vineyard Tour & Reserve Tasting
Enjoy a walking tour of the vineyards by our Sommelier, followed by a tasting of some reserve wines at one of our private tables in our tasting room. Learn about our unique Long Island terroir, our viticulture methods and sustainable practices, as well as a guided description of our beautiful wines in this historic setting. Visit the cows alongside the vineyard that we raise for organic, grass-fed beef. Please arrive a few minutes early as tours are unable to wait for latecomers.

Open 7 days starting in May 11am-6pm
Burger Nights will begin on Thursday May 16th and continue every Thursday and Friday 4-8pm through the Summer
No outside food allowed
Each reservation is limited to a 90 minute stay at the tasting room. There is a minimum charge of $40 per person for groups of seven or more
